Heat 25-30ml water and add 1-2 teaspoons of gelatin in it. Stir it properly.
Take 250 ml milk and add saffron to it.
Than add 50-60 ml condensed milk
And finally add gelatin to it and boil it. After heat it till it gets thick.( add sugar if you want it more sweet)
After it get thick pour it into moulds/bowl .and cool it for 2-3 hrs.
After cooling it get solid .and finally top it with honey.
